I've been known to hold you as a statue in my head,
picking at the porcelain with needless to be said, over and over again.
I've stuck on sticking to the immediate past, always taking
one step forward and one step back,
Speaking at the porcelain, it's chipping at the cracks, but holding on for the hope of making it last, over and over again.
I go, and I go, cause I've been picking all over my head for you.
I fear it's over now.
I can hear the earth wishing in the wind,
cause I've been tripping all over my head for you.
Here's the debut LP from a new band out of Brooklyn, Fortunaut, which was all recorded live and in one day. Real proud of this project, and also, I drum on it. Check it out! Nick Pope
